Step 2: You will be charged by Paypal a small amount but don't worry because it will be given back to you.
Step 3: You can verify your Paypal account by placing your Visa Card detail.

This mode of Payment is for my customers in the Philippines who have BPI accounts. However, if you have your own Paypal account, then you just have to select your mode of payment.
